Cuarzo del Nilo is the engineered quartz brand owned by DEXPRO S.A.E. The name means the quartz of the Nile. Slabs are produced in Egypt on Italian Breton lines and exported to fabricators and distributors in North America and Europe.

Fabrication safety
Engineered quartz has a high crystalline silica content. Cutting and polishing must follow the OSHA respirable crystalline silica standard (29 CFR 1910.1053), and in California the Cal/OSHA rules for engineered stone. A safety data sheet comes with every shipment, and a lower-silica line is available on request.
